Rodders For Christ is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization dedicated to reaching automotive enthusiasts for Christ at rod runs, car shows, cruise-ins and swap meets all around the country. Rodders For Christ is not a Christian car club designed to segregate Christians from the influences of the world, but rather it is a ministry designed to thrust you into the mission of spreading the light of Jesus into a lost and dying world. In the early seventies a group started in Southern California called Racers For Christ. In 1978 it was incorporated as a non-profit ministry today called Christian Motorsports International, Inc. The ministry continues to grow each year at an exciting pace. This year we are making Rodders For Christ applications for membership available with the plans to develop local Rodder Fellowship chapters all around the country. What Is Team RFC? Team RFC is the outreach ministry that is made up of Racers For Christ, Rodders For Christ, Restorers For Christ and most recently Pullers For Christ. The main purpose of this ministry is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the people at race tracks, car shows, and almost every motor sport. We even do BMX bicycle ministry, drag boat racing, motorcycle racing events and tractor pulls. We do chapel services at the event when possible and offer Bibles, tracts, fellowship and spiritual support wherever possible. Rodders For Christ encompasses all types of cars, from T-buckets to Euro sport compacts. Classic hot rods, street rods, customs, lead sleds, 50īs shoe box cars, 60īs classics and 70īs and 80īs muscle cars are all welcome. Just about everything you would find in the pages of Hot Rod or Popular Hot Rodding magazine. We offer the opportunity to join together for fellowship, for prayer and a chance to change some of the motorsports world around us by introducing Jesus. Team RFC and Rodders For Christ is supported by donations from individuals. We do not bombard mailboxes begging for money; we motivate by vision. Our existence depends entirely upon prayerful, free will contribution, offerings from chapel services, and your membership contribution. About 5% of our income covers the cost of administration and 95% goes directly into the ministry field to reach the lost.
